Hair dryer vs. straightener?

Which is better to use? And which one will cause less damage?

Hair dryer vs. straightener?

A hair dryer cuases less damage but it might not make your hair perfectly straight with no poofiness. A straightner is easy to use but will cuase more damage to your hair and will give you the straight nice look. Using both of these tools its always best to use heat protectant and do deep conditioning once a week so it won't cuase as much damage.

Hair dryer vs. straightener?

I would think a hair dryer would be less damaging, especially if you use one of those thermal protecting hair products prior to drying.

Hair dryer vs. straightener?

both can be harmless to hair if you put on a protective spray/gel/cream/ in before you straighten or blowdry your hair!

but if no products are used, i think that blowdrying is less harmless....

hmm, blowing hair with warm air, or flattening it with two metal pinchers of heat...and DOOM! im just joking

but yeah, thats what i think

=)

Hair dryer vs. straightener?

Hair dryer will cause less damage but the straightener will give you the right look. Personally, I'd use a straightener.

Hair dryer vs. straightener?

Blow dryer is better if u can manage to do it urself and it is less dameging for the simple fact that the heat is further away from ur hair than the straightner would be.

Hair dryer vs. straightener?

hair dryer is less damaging but i use a straightener any ways lol :D

Hair dryer vs. straightener?

If you want sleek and shiny results--use the straightener.

If you need a quick do and don't like your frizz-- use hair dryer.

The straightener causes more burning in your hair. I use it everyday and I never get split ends or dry hair because

1) befor i straighten, I put Pantene Pro-V Protective Spray. It protects your hair from the heat and makes it look healthier.

2) I try not to straighten the ends of my hair too much. It causes more split ends if you do.
