Look for a (probably) red button on the receptacle rather than on the dryer itself-

That shouldn't be the problem, pressing the reset button. It could have blown up, like mine always do. But then you would be hearing some sort of high pitched sound.

It might be overheated. Put it in the freezer for a couple of minutes.

if you tried both buttons, a different outlet and the reset on the outlet than your dryer may be broken this happened to mine i only had it for 2 weeks and it just broke for no reason!
