I don't think therez a difference!! I think there just tryin 2 sell baskily a hair dry and change the name of it!!! 2 make more $!! i have naturally curly hair and I just let mine air dry cuz it drys fast..sometimes when I use a hairdryer a put a lil bit of mouuse in my hair scrunch it and blow dry it a lil bit. hope this helps hun!!!
