after shampooing when you put conditioner keep it on for about 1/2 hour..and then rinse it all off...
after that use a leave in conditioner

i use olive oil. i put 100% extra virgin olive oil in a spray bottle and spray it on the scalp and all over the hair. it will soften the hair, moiturize it, and help the dry scalp.
